Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce (5 oz.)
Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce perfectly balances a vibrant flavor with a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes.

Right away when taking the cap off the aroma of ginger is prominent. The ginger comes through in the flavor first then a bit of heat. This is a sauce with a lot of flavor going on! I have had this on eggs this brings the heat of the sauce more. I’ve also used this on a curried chicken salad, here the heat is lost but the hint of the flavor is still there.
If you are looking for a tasty sauce with not to much heat this is for you. It won’t scald your mouth but it has a kick. It an oddball sauce because it doesn’t taste like any other sauce. It’s a sauce most people can handle and enjoy. Recommended
