Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.
- Free Shipping and Promotional Shipping are only available to addresses within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the high costs of international shipping, we are not able to extend these offers internationally.
- Shipping costs are dependent on weight and the destination. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- If USPS, FedEx or UPS returns your package as undelivberable (including bad address, moved, can not forward, RTS, etc) we will refund the price of your order minus the cost of shipping. Since we paid the postage to send you the item, using the address that you provided, we do not refund shipping for the reasons mentioned above.
- Once your order ships, we can not change the delivery address while enroute.
- Once your order ships, we can not cancel your order.
- We will replace any shipment in which the order gets lost by the postal system before it is delivered. If you have not received your package and the tracking shows delivered, please contact the carrier. We are not responsible for a package once the carrier indicated that it has been delivered.
- Damaged Shipments: If you order breaks or is damaged during shipment you must send an email detailing the condition of the package received and what items were damaged or missing. Include a photo of the damage. Notification of damage by phone is not accepted. We must have written and photo documentation to file a claim. We are unable to send a replacement or refund without this documentation. Notification of damage must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
United States Postal Service
- USPS Priority: typically 2 to 3 day delivery
- USPS Parcel Post: typically 4 to 8 days
- USPS First Class Mail: this is available on orders that are less than 13 ounces in weight, including packaging. Average delivery time is 3 days in the Continental U.S.
- FedEx Home Delivery: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- FedEx 2 Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
- FedEx Express Saver - Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days.
- FedEx Priority Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
PO Boxes: Fed Ex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders: The delivery date is an estimate. The actual delivery time is dependent on how long it takes to get through customs and delivered by your local postal service. If you use USPS Prioirity International, your package will be tracked and insured. If the package gets lost or broken before delivery, we will replace the item. If you chose the less expensive USPS First Class International, your package will not be tracked or insured. We will not reimburse for a lost or damaged item using USPS First Class International. We highly suggest using USPS Priority International as your shipping method. Free Shipping and Promotional Shipping are only available to addresses within the US.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you use PayPal, the refund proces is much faster than refunding a credit or debit card.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
